Personal Capital Management (PCM) is a complementary distribution channel of AlA. Set up in 2001, PCM was established in response to the rapid librealisation of Singapore's financial industry. The dawning of the Financial Advisors' Act will challenge industry players to provide a more holistic financial planning service to their clients.
